THUMBS UP TO KELLY FRAGER
Carroll County Times 11/22/08
“Thumbs up to Kelly Frager, who spent some time this week teaching a phone, e-mail and texting etiquette class at Mount Airy Middle School. The hour-long class was part of a two-week communications skills course offered at all the middle schools. Frager said that while modern technology is good, it is important to remember common courtesies involved with communication.”
